Strike Witches: Charlotte E. Yeager

I was going to get myself ready for the barrage of unknown cosplays for the latest Comiket when I found this.

This was in an email from way back in 2011. She's from Comiket 79, but with only those bunny ears and jacket logo, I have no idea where she's from. I would have said Asahina Mikuru from The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, but I'm pretty sure Nagato Yuki is the white rabbit and Mikuru is the red one.

Anyone have a better idea? Thanks to 4chanatic for sharing his huge collection of cosplay photos!
