Well, it’s been a long, hard road to travel, watching teaser trailers for teaser trailers while waiting for this day where we could finally see the real thing. Yes, at long last, the first Iron Man 3 full-length trailer is finally here and it looks, well, a bit on the dark side.
We’re used to a more chipper Tony Stark, but this looks like they’ve got plans to ramp up not just the action but the struggle and pain that Stark must endure. Is Pepper in jeopardy? Will Tony save her? How have the events in New York (as they’re referred too) change Iron Man?
We have to wait until May to find out the answers to those questions, but at least the wait to check out the trailer is over, so here is the synopsis and the trailer for Iron Man 3.
Marvel's "Iron Man 3" pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley,"Iron Man 3" is directed by Shane Black from a screenplay by Drew Pearce and Shane Black and is based on Marvel's iconic Super Hero Iron Man, who first appeared on the pages of "Tales of Suspense" (#39) in 1963 and had his solo comic book debut with "The Invincible Iron Man" (#1) in May of 1968.
