The other day a friend turned me on to a website of an artist who makes some really great artwork. Her name is Elizabeth Garvey & she has a lot of style! Shown here are 2 very primitive-looking handmade dolls of Batman & Robin that are extremely cool. I love the homemade quality of them & the fact that they are not perfect. This Sherlock 221B Knit Beanie Is Subtly Awesome

Fan fashion always earns extra points in my book when it's subtle and still recognizable. For example, I really like this 221B Knit Beanie by knitter Sami Brooker.

To the regular eye, it's a cool knit pattern with a happy face, but to the Sherlock fan it's so much more.

The Harry Potter Hoodie That Should Always Be Part of Your Wardrobe

Harry Potter is one of those franchises with staying power. It's evidenced on different scales from the construction of Wizarding World to the fact that new handmade merchandise keeps popping up -from macro to micro. Etsy seller parenholly has this hoodie available, and I'm in love. The design is clever and though I see the "Always" frequently, I haven't seen it paired with the book titles like this. Yay for typography designs!

Chart The Stars On Your Scarf [DIY]

One of my goals for this year is to learn the names and locations of more constellations. I think I’ll help myself remember them by putting them on a scarf. You read that right.

The craft from Katie of A Beautiful Mess is creative and cool. It looks simple too – you just need a scarf, some craft foam, fabric paint, embroidery floss, and a few other basics. I recommend getting a large scarf so you can plot all of your favorites.
