Captain Scarlett is like most pirates. You can't trust her, and she has an awesome outfit. Cosplayer Tarah-Rex made a wonderful costume based on the character from Borderlands 2 and debuted it earlier this month at Dragon Con. She got the basics of the costume just right and improved upon it by adding little touches like the medallions and pins. She crafted them by hand, and I think details like that add a lot of character.
