This photo is one of the first few cosplays that I've ever had in my collection.
I actually thought she was just a school girl from Japan. I didn't think much of it until I went through the website and realized there were many different photos of anime characters in the web album.
I never really found out who she was cosplaying as, and I can't remember which website I saw this from as it was several years back. If it were a recent photo, my first guess would have been Makinami Mari Illustrious from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Anyone got a better idea?
