In 2008, the people behind Street Fighter IV hired cosplayer Takada Hikari ( ) to cosplay Kasugano Sakura for some marketing materials to promote the franchise. Hikari pulled it off very well, and she was only 12 years old at the time this was taken.
You've gotta admit, the girl's got a lot of talent. And she really makes a cute Sakura. Thanks again to Lily for sending this in!
